Rev. Dr. D. Scott Weimer, Associate Pastor - Congregational Care

Rev. Dr. D. Scott Weimer, interim part-time Associate Pastor for Congregational Care, brings many years of pastoral experience. Scott was once the senior pastor at North Avenue and Clairmont Presbyterian Churches. While in this role at RPC, Scott will focus on the areas of hospital and home visitations, relational ministry, and worship leadership.

In addition to serving at RPC, Scott is currently founding a non-profit, Everything’s a Win “Working to End the Stigma, Shame, and Silence Surrounding Mental Health.” He is the vice chair of the board at Columbia Seminary, is a frequent guest preacher, and continues to be a pastor to many people, especially those who are not yet connected to a local church.
